With over a decade of experience in insurance, spanning underwriting, broking, claims, and client relationship management, I bring a well-rounded, global perspective to the New Zealand insurance market. As a Chartered Insurance Professional with an Advanced Diploma in Insurance from the Chartered Insurance Institute (UK) and a Fellowship in Insurance from the Insurance Institute of India (FIII), I support AssureOne's clients and team across the full policy lifecycle - maintaining client and policy records, preparing correspondence and document packs, liaising with clients, insurers, and other authorised parties, and assisting with applications, underwriting, policy servicing, and claims administration. Combining international expertise with local relationships, I am committed to making every client's insurance journey smooth. I am excited for what lies ahead and remain fully committed to shaping a stronger, client-focused future for the insurance industry.

With more than 17 years spent looking after people’s health and over six years in the insurance industry—working both directly for insurers and alongside different advisory businesses—I have learned that insurance is not simply about buying a policy. It is about making good decisions today that still make sense on one of the worst days of your life. Those experiences showed me what honest advice should look like and shaped the way I wanted AssureOne to support people. My goal is not merely to arrange cover, but to ensure every client understands what they are applying for, discloses the right information and can genuinely rely on their protection when it matters. That is why integrity matters just as much at application time as advocacy does at claim time. Since AssureOne began, every claim we have submitted has been approved—a record we are proud to hold as at 15 September 2026, and one we believe reflects the care taken long before a claim ever occurs.
